Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Purpose of NextStage
NextStage helps independent artists discover similar artists, venues, festivals, support slots and professional contacts. It is a discovery and research service, not a booking agent. You manage outreach, applications, negotiation and agreements. No opportunity, contact, venue or booking recommendation guarantees a deal, performance, booking or other business outcome.
Accounts and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and artist profiles you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for information you submit and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use NextStage lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, send spam, harass contacts, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Do not misuse discovered contact details or use the service to infringe privacy or intellectual property rights.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights in information and content you submit. You authorize NextStage to process that information as needed to provide the service, including through configured providers. Submit only content you have the right to use. NextStage branding, software and presentation remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights; third-party names, images and data remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party data and external links
Results may contain public information, AI-assisted summaries and links to independent services. Their operators control their own content and terms. Contacts, dates, capacity and availability may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Compatibility scores are research signals, not endorsements. Verify details with official sources before contacting anyone, applying, traveling or entering an agreement.
Availability and accuracy
NextStage does not promise exhaustive, accurate or continuously available results. External sources may fail or change. Features and integrations may change or be discontinued, and maintenance or outages may interrupt access. Keep copies of information important to you.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. You may stop using the service and contact us to request account closure or data deletion. Applicable retention and legal obligations may affect deletion; see the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NextStage is not responsible for lost opportunities, lost profits or losses resulting from reliance on third-party information or arrangements you make with others. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update the service and these terms. The latest revision date appears above. Review the terms when using the service; material changes affecting your rights should be communicated through the service or available account contact details.
Governing law and contact
Applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules, governs use of the service. These terms do not select an exclusive court or waive those protections. For service, account or legal questions, contact the NextStage operator at pierre@next-stage.io.
